Environmental stewardship is an important part of how we endeavor to operate. In recognition of the environmental costs of shipping services, for every pick-up order placed, Kunitz Shoes will donate $4 in support of Wild North.

As of today, over $1500 has been donated to Wild North through this initiative!

Order Pick Up

1. At checkout online select a location for pick up.
2. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for pick up.
3. Swing by your selected location to pick up your order.
4. Please ensure you bring photo ID and the card used to make the purchase with you for verification, as it is required for pick up.

No fees are charged for pickup service.
Kunitz Shoes reserve the right to refuse orders in excess of 3 items.

Exchange/Return

1. Staff will be available from 10am-6pm, Monday – Saturday, to facilitate in store exchanges/refunds.
2. Exchanges are limited to colours/sizes of ordered items
3. For returns: During operating hours just drop ‘em off at either Kunitz location along with the packing slip (paper that came with the order). No need to wrap them up. An invoice can be provided upon request.
4. Refunds can only be processed onto the same credit card used to make the purchase.

Note:No restocking or shipping fees will be charged for in store returns or exchanges (including sale/final sale priced items) of online orders. Any order can be returned in store, including those that were originally shipped out.
