Warranty Returns

Kunitz Shoes guarantees all product against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the purchase date. A “manufacturing defect” is defined as a failure in either materials or craftsmanship that may result in a product not performing in its intended capacity. If a product has suffered a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, we will either repair, replace, or offer a credit for the product as best suits the case. We do not guarantee our products against wear-and-tear.

If you have a product that you would like to return/exchange under warranty, please contact orders@kunitzshoes.ca and provide your name, order number, a description of the defect, and (if able) some pictures of the defective area. This will help us best assess whether we can repair, replace, or offer a credit for the product.
