Local delivery orders will be delivered by the end of the next business day
Local delivery is handled through the Edmonton based delivery service, Deeleeo.
Tracking and delivery notifications will be sent to email address and phone number provided with shipping address.

We’ll send you an email as soon as we have your order ready for pick up
At your convenience, pick up your order at the selected location
Please bring ID and the card used in the purchase for verification at pickup.
Returns/Exchanges
Available Mon – Sat 10am – 6pm
Exchanges are limited to colours/sizes of ordered items
For returns: During operating hours just drop ‘em off at either Kunitz location along with the packing slip (paper that came with the order). No need to wrap them up. An invoice can be provided upon request.
Refunds can only be processed onto the same credit card used to make the purchase.
Note: No restocking or shipping fees will be charged for in store returns or exchanges (including sale/final sale priced items) of online orders. Any order can be returned in store, including those that were originally shipped out.
