All returns must be returned unmarked, without signs of wear and tear, and in their original box within 14 days of date of delivery. Footwear worn outside will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a return which does not comply with these conditions.

“Easy Returns”

Curbside Returns (available during COVID-19 shutdown)

  1. Curbside return service is available 9.30-2PM at 837 Saddleback Rd.
  2. Just drop ‘em off in the bin along with the Return Slip (paper that came with the order). No need to wrap them up.
  3. We’ll process returns as quickly as we can on the same day.
  4. no restocking or shipping fees will be charged for drop-off returns.

All online orders may be returned using curbside service, including orders that orginally shipped.

  5. Drop off your return at any Canada Post outlet

Please note that the following charges may apply for all shipped returns

  • Regular priced items** Up to 2 pairs return shipping is free. Any pair(s) above 2 pair limit 5$/pair shipping+restocking fee*
  • Sale priced items (up to 39% off regular price) will be assessed a $10/pair shipping and handling + restocking fee*
  • Clearance priced items (40% or greater off regular price) are “final sale” and may not be returned. Final sale items that are returned will be assessed a $20 restocking fee.*

*Return fees will be deducted from total amount refunded.

Requesting a return

To request to return an item to Kunitz Shoes, fill out the Return Request form below. When the Return Request is processed by Kunitz Shoes, you will be emailed a “return authorization” number to use with your return.

How to return a U.S.A. order

Kunitz Shoes will not accept delivery of items that do not clearly state the return authorization number on the outside of the packaging.
All shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer.
Kunitz Shoes will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of returned shipments, so we suggest using a protective shipping box or poly mailer as well as shipping insurance to protect your return.

Warranty Returns

Kunitz Shoes guarantees all product against manufacturing defect for 6 months from the purchase date. A “manufacturing defect” is defined as a failure in either materials or craftsmanship that may result in a product not performing in its intended capacity. If a product has suffered a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, we will either repair, replace, or offer a credit for the product as best suits the case. We do not guarantee our products against wear-and-tear.

If you have a product that you would like to return/exchange under warranty, please contact orders@kunitzshoes.ca and provide your name, order number, a description of the defect, and (if able) some pictures of the defective area. This will help us best assess whether we can repair, replace, or offer a credit for the product.
