For the month of June, we offer some great prices on Birkenstock repair.

• New outsoles, regular $45 for just $30
• A whole new cork footbed and outsole, regular $75 for just $60

Along with any Birkenstok purchase or Birkenstock repair work we do, we will send you home with a bottle of cork renew sealant. Your first line of defence when it comes to cork care and maintainance!

How do you know when your Birks need some work? Take a look at the outsole first. If there are obvious wear patterns, especially around the heels, it might be time to resole. Make sure you catch it before you start wearing into the actual cork footbed- a resoleing of the outsole is much easier (and less expensive!) than a new footbed.

We typically do all new footbeds for a few reasons:

• There is major splitting in the cork
• There is wear at the heel beyond the outsole, and into the cork
• Your Birks just don’t add “spring” to your step that they used to (after a few years, cork will compact and degenerate. How do you know when this is the case? Your feet will let you know.)

The “Gizeh” upper is back in over 15 new colours and patterns. This definitive look is a great place to get a big block of colour into your summer wardrobe.

The big story in Papillio is the “Brush Art” pattern. Delicate, feathered pastel motifs across multiple uppers are right at home with washed out denim or cotton neutrals.

The “Mayari” style has grown in popularity over the last year. Great neutral tones in a feminine upper add a touch of class.

“Habanah” leathers in some great new uppers. From top to bottom, “Chania”, “Adria” and “Yarra” in show well in the heavier oiled nubuck finish.

Merell Barefoot footwear has really taken off. Like gloves for your feet!

The Women’s Crush Glove and Pace Glove. Great out-and-about runners or trainers with a 0 mm drop.

The Wonder Glove and Delight Glove come back in some great new colours. We have 4 different uppers and 14 colours to choose from in Barefoot casual flats.

Merrell always has a great selection of lifestyle/travel sandals. The Jacardia and Shudra sandals are new commers to the collection.

For a little more coverage, look at the Waterpro Belle and Mimosa Emme. Mary-Jane’s are a great alternative to sandals for the warmer weather.

For our gentleman, we have the Cambrian water sandal (with removable backstrap) as well as the Corbel slide. Simple,  light and wearble.
